I was referred to TopLine Home Improvement from OKNA Windows for window replacement on our historic townhouse in Brooklyn. We chose the Enviro-Star 800 Series and couldn't be happier. After contacting probably 20+ window replacement companies, OKNA was by far the best quality window for the price. Cheaper windows were too low quality, and it's 50% more for the main brand windows(renewal by anderson wouldn't even do it because we live in a historic district), where the quality is about the same anyways. We replaced 7 windows to start and the difference is drastic. I have temperature sensors near the windows and after the replacement, there was a clear difference in the temperature swings from day to night. Now the temperature is much more consistent throughout the day. Sounds have also decreased noticeably. We have a bedroom on the street so the reduction in noise has been wonderful. The installation was quick, 1 day, and it all looks great. The quality from OKNA is there, and the installers did a great job. We will definitely go back to them to replace the rest of the windows in the house.
My gosh, what an excellent job Ignacio did installing my new storm door! He worked in the rain 4 hours alone and made sure there were -0- air leaks - no more drafts! I'm very very satisfied with this install - thank you for a job so we'll done!

I didn’t know what to expect when I got my windows replaced, but I must admit it was a very pleasant experience! The 2 man team worked efficiently and as inconspicuously as possible and they cleaned up after themselves completely. They were also very polite. Topline installed 2 windows and replaced the awning above the bay window. I visited the store on Utica avenue to see windows and doors - the lady was very friendly. Nick sold me the windows. He explained the window features, was patient with follow up questions, was excellent at giving me updates after I placed the order, and followed up after the windows were installed. It took about 5 weeks between ordering and installation. Luis and his team did a fantastic job installing the windows/awning. I appreciated that the crew cleaned up afterwards. Overall, I am happy with the windows and would order again from Topline. Excellent customer service, professional, and quality workmanship.
