I didn’t know what to expect when I got my windows replaced, but I must admit it was a very pleasant experience! The 2 man team worked efficiently and as inconspicuously as possible and they cleaned up after themselves completely. They were also very polite. I would highly recommend TopLine to anyone who needs to replace their windows.

We called a few places to get estimates for roof and gutter work on our house. Thank goodness a friend highly recommended Topline. They were responsive and considerate when discussing different approaches to the work and coming up with a solution to meet our needs. The estimate, and later contract, was more than reasonable and the job was scheduled in a timely manner. My family has been using Topline for over 25 years for doors, bay and regular windows. I had a minor hiccup by one of their installers and Topline contacted me immediately. Topline installed 2 windows and replaced the awning above the bay window. I visited the store on Utica avenue to see windows and doors - the lady was very friendly. Nick sold me the windows. He explained the window features, was patient with follow up questions, was excellent at giving me updates after I placed the order, and followed up after the windows were installed. It took about 5 weeks between ordering and installation. Luis and his team did a fantastic job installing the windows/awning. I appreciated that the crew cleaned up afterwards. Overall, I am happy with the windows and would order again from Topline. Excellent customer service, professional, and quality workmanship.

Had a total siding job with new gutters and 3 windows installed a month ago. I am very pleased with the work. Antonio and Pascual were outstanding! Did a professional and detailed job with the siding. There were one or two things I pointed out to Antonio that had to be adjusted, and he worked to do them seamlessly. I had bought paint to refinish one of the gutters, but he said, no, I'll clean it. I was skeptical, but he cleaned it so well, the gutter was sparkling when he was done! I can't say enough about those two guys. Tom sent his best team and they did a phenomenal job! I had been scheduled to leave on vacation, and Tom made sure the team came and completed the job before my departure deadline. Tom and his office staff were always available to answer any questions. Would use this company again.

Had a leak by the flat roof ended up replace the flat roof but the leak came back. Call TopLine and Jimmy came out and assessed it and then by a week his guys came out to fix it and tell why it was leaking in the first place. So far it have rain and no water marking is visible. Thanks Jimmy. I would definitely use them again for future projects. Their price was fair and they are very professional and also give you recommendations.

The Cement Board Hardie siding of my building was ripped off at the second story level by a passing truck that caught a FIOS cable strung across the street. For almost a year during the Pandemic I tried to find a company that would do this repair. I finally called Topline and they were willing and able to complete this repair quickly, accurately (it was difficult to match the exact siding size, shape, texture and color) and efficiently. I was extremely pleased with the speed, cost, and quality of the work that this company provided. They would be the first people I call if I ever need a similar repair. Highly recommend.

Amazing service. Highly recommended. Nick came by and walked us thru the options including what he suggested and what we were thinking. All pros and cons for each option in order for us to make an informed decision. It wasn't as cheap as home depot or lowes, but the service and quality is definitely much better. He even suggested we go with a cheaper version that was better for our needs as opposed to making the sale. We ended up delaying a decision and Nick was very patient until we finally decided, constantly answering questions and concerns we had (although he probably thought we weren't going to finalize). The morning of installation came and they showed up. Did half the job in the first day, came back for the rest on second day (multiple windows on multiple floors) and cleaned up EVERYTHING. No mess anywhere. Additionally, my kids left a mess and they worked around it all. Moved furniture as needed and back afterwards. Very impressed. This was a few months ago. I waited a while to see if the job would hold up thru all seasons before posting. True to their word everything was as he said. If you are thinking of updating any home improvements, only use topline. Real customer, real experience, really satisfied. Pro-tip: don't go into the showroom without Nick. 😉 No pictures because we were at work during installation. No mess to record afterwards.

Got my gutters done last year. My father in law asked for my guys number. Well, I recommended TopLine very easily based on my experience. He did my neighbors house next door. They were quick, neat, and the job came out excellent. They did less work on my house, but it was treated just as important. TopLine showed up, but I had an early appointment for work, so I didn’t meet with his actual employees. Mike gave me an estimate and instructed his crew according to my homes damage. Everything was already done when I got home. More than highly satisfied. Everything was repaired but there was no evidence, they were there. They were very tidy. Being that I was able to recommend TopLine to my family and also took the number from my neighbor; I figured on leaving this review as a thanks and appreciation for their professionalism. I was contacted again three days later saying the job will be completed the following week.The job was done better than expected. The workers were like expert carpenters, they removed my old garage door, frame, old tracks, disposed of it, then installed a new door and opener. The whole install took around 4 hours.I was totally satisfied in their work.

On Friday, 8 Feb, I again called Unified and after explaining the first call, the girl immediately set up an appointment with your salesman for today, 9 Fed at 11am. I cancelled other project in order to be home. Here is were I became extremely pissed off.

At 10:30 am, I received a call from your salesmen. I again explained to him what work I needed. I told him that my lower roof on the house extension in the rear of the house had to be ripped and replaced. I then told him that the top flat roof was fairly new, had a small leak and needed to be flashed. At this point he stated that they do not repair other people’s work (this even though you advertise that you do). Before I told him about the doors, he stated that the job to repaper the flat roof and rip the lower roof was going to cost me $8600. He stated that he googled earth my home. I was stunned. He than stated that your company requires that ALL roofs be done. I told him that my front roof was less then 2 years old. The front roof is 13x16. They completely ripped it, replaced all of the wood, to include the front facet, installed barrier under the shingles, and installed new gutter for $2300. The rear roof is 6x13 (78SF) and by flat roof is 13x40 (520SF). When I skied your salesman how he came up with that number of $8600, all he kept saying was that ALL roof had to be done. Needless to say I became enraged and may have said a few things that I do NOT regret saying. I am retired from the Army after serving 25 years. I am also 100% service connected disabled. I have done alt of traveling throughout this country and I have NEVER come across any business like yours. You openly practice deceit in your advertising and you openly try to con people into paying over inflated prices as you demand to do work that is not necessary. I am an officer in one of the largest vet organizations in the country and belong to 3 others. I WILL be discussing with these groups the possibility of blacklisting your business to our vets. What your salesman tried to do to me this morning was despicable. I highly recommend that people reading this post use TopLine on Utica Ave in Brooklyn. They did an amazing job on my front roof for less then 25% of what this shyster charges.

Reasonable price, listened to my specific concerns, showed up on time on work day, and left the place clean and tidy. All in all a very good experience.

The install team arrived on time, came in with covers and protected all of the furniture and floors. They were on auto pilot and knew exactly what to do. The windows were installed perfectly and I am a proud owner of excellent new windows. I would definitely recommend Top Line.

I HAVE KNOWN BOTH TOM AND MIKE FOR OVER 20 YEARS! They are very knowledgeable, meticulous, do great work, friendly and they have the best team of workers!!! They installed 2 roofs for me and what a great job!!! Windows roofing siding doors ... whatever is to be done... do it right the first time by TOPLINE HOME IMPROVEMENT!

They are excellent and honest. They told me the two windows only needed repaired and not replaced. I would highly recommend them and I will hire them again.
They replaced some windows and will repair two windows as well.
