I was referred to TopLine Home Improvement from OKNA Windows for window replacement on our historic townhouse in Brooklyn. We chose the Enviro-Star 800 Series and couldn't be happier. After contacting probably 20+ window replacement companies, OKNA was by far the best quality window for the price. Cheaper windows were too low quality, and it's 50% more for the main brand windows(renewal by anderson wouldn't even do it because we live in a historic district), where the quality is about the same anyways. We replaced 7 windows to start and the difference is drastic. I have temperature sensors near the windows and after the replacement, there was a clear difference in the temperature swings from day to night. Now the temperature is much more consistent throughout the day. Sounds have also decreased noticeably. We have a bedroom on the street so the reduction in noise has been wonderful. The installation was quick, 1 day, and it all looks great. The quality from OKNA is there, and the installers did a great job. We will definitely go back to them to replace the rest of the windows in the house.
My gosh, what an excellent job Ignacio did installing my new storm door! He worked in the rain 4 hours alone and made sure there were -0- air leaks - no more drafts! I'm very very satisfied with this install - thank you for a job so we'll done!

I didn’t know what to expect when I got my windows replaced, but I must admit it was a very pleasant experience! The 2 man team worked efficiently and as inconspicuously as possible and they cleaned up after themselves completely. They were also very polite. I would highly recommend TopLine to anyone who needs to replace their windows.
We called a few places to get estimates for roof and gutter work on our house. Thank goodness a friend highly recommended Topline. They were responsive and considerate when discussing different approaches to the work and coming up with a solution to meet our needs. The estimate, and later contract, was more than reasonable and the job was scheduled in a timely manner. Topline installed 2 windows and replaced the awning above the bay window. I visited the store on Utica avenue to see windows and doors - the lady was very friendly. Nick sold me the windows. He explained the window features, was patient with follow up questions, was excellent at giving me updates after I placed the order, and followed up after the windows were installed. It took about 5 weeks between ordering and installation. Luis and his team did a fantastic job installing the windows/awning. I appreciated that the crew cleaned up afterwards. Overall, I am happy with the windows and would order again from Topline. Excellent customer service, professional, and quality workmanship.
My family has been using Topline for over 25 years for doors, bay and regular windows. I had a minor hiccup by one of their installers and Topline contacted me immediately. They took ownership and were accountable and took action. Tom from Topline came to my home and made amends. A true gentleman with integrity and outstanding customer service and care. TOPLINE HAS REPLACED ALL MY WINDOWS- DOORS AND MY SIDING. THEY ARRIVE AS SCHEDULED AND START THE WORK. THEY EXPLAINED WHAT WORK WILL BE DONE . THEY CLEAN UP THE WORK SITE AND REMOVE ALL GARBAGE. I NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH THEIR WORK QUALITY. I CONSIDER TOPLINE A FIREST RATE TO HIRE
Nick & Jimmy and the entire team at Topline were incredible to work with! We had originally just planned to replace our roof but we loved the work so much we also changed our siding, installed new gutters and a new front door. The consultations before, during and after were beyond helpful. The materials used were of high quality and the staff working on the job was always attentive to detail. We are exceptionally thrilled with the results and can't say enough great things about this company. Had a total siding job with new gutters and 3 windows installed a month ago. I am very pleased with the work. Antonio and Pascual were outstanding! Did a professional and detailed job with the siding. There were one or two things I pointed out to Antonio that had to be adjusted, and he worked to do them seamlessly. I had bought paint to refinish one of the gutters, but he said, no, I'll clean it. I was skeptical, but he cleaned it so well, the gutter was sparkling when he was done! I can't say enough about those two guys. Tom sent his best team and they did a phenomenal job! I had been scheduled to leave on vacation, and Tom made sure the team came and completed the job before my departure deadline. Tom and his office staff were always available to answer any questions. Would use this company again.

Had a leak by the flat roof ended up replace the flat roof but the leak came back. Call TopLine and Jimmy came out and assessed it and then by a week his guys came out to fix it and tell why it was leaking in the first place. So far it have rain and no water marking is visible. Thanks Jimmy. I would definitely use them again for future projects. Their price was fair and they are very professional and also give you recommendations.
Your products are reasonably priced and representatives were honest in turn around time. They were courteous, knowledgeable and always kept me up to date on my order. The installers also knew their craft and were responsive to what was needed to repair any house defects and what that would entail. I would absolutely recommend your company.
