Michael White and Tom Hohmann started TopLine Home Improvement Corp. back in June of 1981. Working by word of mouth and recommendations, they have since served countless home owners throughout Brooklyn, Queens, and Staten Island. TopLine continues to source our customers with professional installation combined with quality materials.
